Every day, when I wake up or every night, before bed, I do yoga. cause yoga is a perfect way to start or end your day. It's magical release. I love yoga. So let's learn the tree pose, one of my favourite pose.
Step 1: Find a peaceful place, which inspires you and concentrate on your goal. Just don't think anything else right now!
Step 2: Kick the waves, because YOU rock here. Just kiddin', don't do it... but yolo.
Step 4: Try to put your legs like this slowly.
Don't let anyone steal the show!... -.-
... Because you won't be able to control your balance and you will fall down. :(
All things are difficult before they become easy. :)
